Terms and conditions

Check in : Saturday from 16.00. p.m.

Check out : Saturday until 09.00. a.m.

The boat must be returned into the embarkation marina on Friday before 18.00. pm, (with a full tank,otherwise the charge is 50 EUR + fuel)

Skipper qualification: When chartering the boat, bareboat, the skipper must possess a valid licence and a VHF certificate for the size and tonnage of the specified boat, which is required by Croatian Maritime Law. If the client (skipper) does not possess specified certificates, he can take a skipper at extra charge.

Charter documents: We require Crew list, skipper licence, VHF certificate and approximate time of client’s arrival, to be delivered to our office latest 1 week before charter. If requested documents and information are not provided on time, check in could be delayed.

Security deposit: cash or credit card pre-authorization (American and Visa)

Deposit insurance: 180 € non refundable + 180 € refundable if there is no damage on vessel.

Payment conditions: 50% upon confirmation, 50% 4 weeks before charter.

Discounts:

Early booking discount: Yachts older than 5 years: 10 % till 31.01.2015, Yachts up to 5 years old: 5 % till 31.01.2015

More weeks discount: 2 weeks 5%; 3 weeks and more 10 %;

Repeater client: 5% for repeater client in Adria Sail Charter fleet

Boat show discount: 5%, valid only for exhibitors

Yachts older than 5 years: - 15 % for regular discounts listed above

Yachts up to 5 years old: - 10 % for regular discounts listed above

Extra equipment and service:

Transit log: 120 € : End cleaning, bed linen,towels,wi-fi, gas,diver check,soap,toilet paper,dish soap,spunge,welcome gifts, VAT 25%. Transit log is payable in advance.

Tourist tax: is not included in price. Tourist tax is obligatory in amount of 1 € / per person / per day, payable upon embarkation in charter base for all days of charter.

Wi-fi: 1 GB per week / GRATIS

Optional extras:

Outboard engine: 100 € / week
Stand Up Paddle: 150 € / week
Pets on board: (extra cleaning): 100 € / charter
Safety net: 70 € / booking
Provisioning: 35 € + cost of food
Early check in (at 13:00): 100 € / charter (confirmation at the base)
Transfer: 65 € (Airport-marina Spinut)
Parking: 4 €, as per marina price list
One way: 350 € + one day mooring fee
Skipper: (own cabin + food) 140 €/day till 45 feet, 150 €/day over 45 feet
Hostess: ( + food) 100 €/day
Cook: 150 ( + food) 150 €/day
